Shipping Information

We ship to all countries worldwide using DHL and FedEx for all our shipments
 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email stating the DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can then check the status of your order via the link provided. Should you not receive the tracking number, please get in touch at help@filofino.com

Orders are typically processed and shipped 1-2 business days after receipt. Business days are Monday-Friday.

Typical delivery times for orders, once shipped, are as follows:

• Europe: 2-3 days
• USA & Canada: 2-4 days
• Rest of the World: 3-5 days

Duties and import charges are not covered by Filofino.

• European Union: Orders delivered to a country within the European Union will not be charged any duties or customs
• United States: orders up to 800$ USD in value will not result in any duties or customs charges
• All other countries: you may be liable for duty charges from your local customs authority. We recommend you double check with them before placing an order.
