Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. The process is easy, we try to make it as hassle-free as possible.

  • Returns are FREE for all customers in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, US and Canada. We accept one return or exchange per order. If a second return is requested, the cost of the second shipping will be covered by the customer
  • For customers in all other countries, return shipments are covered by the customer

In case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Only requests for exchanges for returns made within 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted.

We can only accept items that are unworn and unwashed, and with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or in any way altered may not be accepted.

How to make a return or exchange
If you need to make a return or exchange - or if you have any question - please send an email to help@filofino.com and we will organise a courier pick up at your address, if applicable. If you wish to make an exchange, please specify in the email the new items you require.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned items and we have established that they are in a satisfactory condition, we will credit the payment you made to us back to you within 14 days on your original payment method.  If the item is not in a satisfactory condition, i.e. it is damaged or altered, we will get in touch with you. If you have opted for an exchange, we will ship the new items, subject to availability.
