Shipping is always free to countries in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, the US and Canada. Shipping to all other countries is free for orders above 250€ (or equivalent in local currency); for orders up to 250€ it costs 30€.
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed 1-2 business days after we receive them and then take between 2-5 days until they are delivered. So that's anywhere between 3-7 business days from when you place the order. Business days are Monday - Friday.
We use DHL and FedEx for all our shipments.
Yes, we provide customers a tracking number for all shipments.
EU: Orders delivered to countries within the European Union are not charged any taxes or duties.
US: Orders up to $800 USD are not subject to taxes or duties.
Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to duty and import charges, depending on the country of destination and the value of the order.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if in doubt.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
We can only accept items that are unworn and unwashed, and with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or in any way altered may not be accepted.
If you are in the EU, Norway, Switzerland, USA or Canada, the first return shipment on any order is free. Subsequent return shipments on the same order are covered by the customer.
For customers in all other countries, return shipments are covered by the customer.
Please send an email to help@filofino.com and we will organise a courier pick up at your address, if the country you are in qualifies for free returns.
If you wish to make an exchange, please specify in the email the new items you require.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 days from when we receive them. Exchanges are subject to availability of the items. Should the desired item not be available, we will let you know and will refund you for the price of the returned item.
Once we receive the product for which you are requesting the refund, we will inspect it to ensure it is unworn and unwashed, and with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. After the inspection is passed, we will credit the payment you made to us back to you within 14 days on your original payment method.

All our products are manufactured in Italy by expert craftsmen.
Once you receive the confirmation email with the tracking number, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.
If you have not yet received the confirmation email, it may be possible to change the address. If you wish to do so, please email us at help@filofino.com if you would like to change it. We cannot guarantee the change will be possible, but we will be glad to look into it.
